The Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Retail (RQF) is the ideal qualification for those involved in the preparation and handling of food in a retail environment.
Pre-Requisites:
This qualification is available to those over 16 years. Candidates should be at least a level 1 numeracy and literacy or equivalent

Learners may progress onto the following qualifications: Level 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision for Manufacturing (RQF)
