The Level 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision for Catering (RQF) is the ideal qualification for anyone supervising those involved in the preparation and handling of food in a catering environment.
Pre-Requisites:
This qualification is available to those over 16 years. Candidates should be at least a level 2 numeracy and literacy or equivalent
